Refund Policy

SmartCare Technologies is committed to delivering high-quality technology services. Due to the nature of digital and custom services, our refund policy is outlined below.

Service Payments

All payments made for services such as web development, app development, consulting, or related IT services are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A service has not been initiated
• A written agreement explicitly states refund eligibility

Any approved refunds will be processed after review and may be subject to administrative deductions.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, charges will apply for work already completed. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or delivered work.
